As you already know CS has 2 teams CT and T. Both has it's strength and weaknesses but I don't think this is true coz CT and T has the same ability and skills. It just that the CT's clothes are made dark colored to be as stealthy as possible and can camouflage themselves with some certain dark areas in a map. But the Artic Avengers model for the T might be useful for camouflaging in the as_tundra map coz their clothes is white in color? Nah....
